The customised HDPE 500 cutting board

The HDPE 500 cutting board is a service we offer to our customers. You can choose from 8 different colours (white, red, blue, green, yellow, brown, marble and black), 6 of which are HACCP-compliant.

In order to create your custom board, we need the following information:

  • Colour of the board.
  • Thickness of the board.
  • Length of the board.
  • Width of the board.

All our boards are made of High Density Polyethylene 500 (HDPE 500). This material is the reference in terms of quality for professionals in the food industry. It is distinguished by its high impact resistance and impermeability.

HDPE 500 is also a sustainable material and fully participates in sustainable development as it is infinitely recyclable.

There is also a major health benefit to using polyethylene cutting boards. The material is sterilisable, inert and suitable for food contact.
