Ordering
- You just need to select your products, and add them to your shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to basket” button of the product description page.
- Once your shopping is complete, go to the Shopping basket page and click on “Order”.
- You will be asked to identify yourself, if you already have an account, or to register. If you have lost your password, you can request a new one at any time.
- You then select the delivery address and the means of payment.
- You will obtain a summary of your order and a unique internet order number.
- You will be invited to print out a receipt and confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the identification step.
Sending us your request for quotation
- To request a quotation on the website, select your products and add them to your Quotation by clicking on the « Quotation » button.
- Once you have finished selecting your products, go to the “Quotation” page, enter your details and click on “Request for Quotation”.
- Confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the identification step.
- You will receive your personalized quotation within 24 hours.
Do the prices indicated on the website include all taxes?
LOBROT is oriented towards the professional market; therefore the prices indicated on our website are exclusive of VAT. The shopping basket will show the price excluding VAT, the amount of VAT applicable and the total inclusive of VAT.Finding the product you need
The horizontal menu allows you to choose from different categories or different functions: Optical, Museum administration, Medical, Laboratory etc. Each of these sections propose different filters which allow you to refine your search by simply checking the criteria which corresponds to your needs. You may also use the keyword search available at the top of each webpage. Here you can search by colour, reference, code etc.
Where to find the product data sheets and product documentation ?
On each product page, in the right-hand block opposite the product description, you will find the different documents pertaining to the products, such as the data sheet or the technical documentation.
Creating Client Account on the LOBROT website ?
There are two ways of setting-up a Client Account :
- By completing the registration form on this page : Create an account.
- When you place your first order, you are automatically invited to create an account
- In both cases, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been created, and reminding you of your login name and password. You will need this information to identify yourself and place an order on the website.
Your account also allows you to :
- Consult and modify your personal information
- Track your order
- Consult your past orders and find technical manuals and documentation for your instruments.
