How to order ?

You just need to select your products, and add them to your shopping basket by clicking on the “Add to basket” button of the product description page.
- Once your shopping is complete, go to the Shopping basket page and click on “Order”.
- You will be asked to identify yourself, if you already have an account, or to register. If you have lost your password, you can request a new one at any time.
- You then select the delivery address and the means of payment.
- You will obtain a summary of your order and a unique internet order number.
- You will be invited to print out a receipt and confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the identification step.
How to send us your quote request ?
- To request a quote on the site, simply select your products, add them to your quote by clicking on the "Quote" button".

At the end of your product selection, go to the "Quote" page, enter your details and click on "Request a Quote".
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the login process.
- You will receive a personalised quote within 24 hours.
Are the prices on the site exclusive of tax or inclusive of tax ?
Lobrot is mainly aimed at professionals, so the prices displayed on our site are all exclusive of tax. The basket will show you the price before tax, the amount of VAT and the total including tax.
