Hermetically sealed GN 1/1 lid in stainless steel with silicone seal. Equipped with a recessed handle and a pressure regulation valve, this lid ensures optimum airtightness. Do not use in ovens or on containers less than 6.5 cm high. Resistant up to 100°C and dishwasher-safe for easy, hygienic cleaning.
